P-Noy accepts invitation to be Keynote Speaker

His Excellency, President Benigno C. Aquino III, has accepted the invitation of the Society to give the Keynote Speech in the Joint IFHNOS-PSOHNS Opening Ceremonies on October 17, 2010.
In this connection, some modifications have been made to the afternoon sessions and to the traditional PSO-HNS Opening Ceremonies to accommodate security concerns and presidential protocol.
